Complete Video Plasma Cutting Machine model Steel Max Hpm

The HPM plasma cutting machine model Steel Max provides a high precision in positioning the X and Y axis by means of rectified racks and pinions and prismatic guides on which move the sliding blocks with prestressed recirculating balls. The heavy duty structure of the mono-block crossbeam, according to the latest dimensional studies, gives the machine qualities of absolute stiffness and strength.

High speed and precision are granted by the use of racks and pinions with a specific shape. Thanks to the motors performances, Steel Max model can preserve its qualities, even using systems and tools that are complementary to plasma, such for instance drilling heads, plasma parallel heads, oxy-fuel torches and overhanging crossbeam.

Thanks to the Drilling and Tapping Unit installed on the HPm plasma cutting machine, it is possible to perform various processes, such as drilling, thread-cutting, boring, milling-cutting. Steel Max model is manufactured with a heavy duty crossbeam able to withstand the tool pressures on the sheet, during drilling and threading, without bending and unwanted displacements.

The Bevel Head is a tool with unlimited rotation that can reach an inclination up to approx. 45° and it is provided with a self adjustment of the angle of inclination. Thanks to these movements it is possible to obtain a clean and precise cut, thus ensuring a high quality of the final piece.
